The 24-year-old singer - who starred in her first set of adverts for the brand with Cyndi Lauper - is returning to the make-up company for 2011.
The campaign has already been shot by Nick Knight and styled by Thierry Mugler head and Gaga's personal friend Nicola Formichetti.

How to Apply False Eyelashes

1. The first step and maybe the most important one when applying false eyelashes is to start with clean eye lids. The adhesive (glue ) will not stick to oil so be sure to use an oil-free eye makeup remover. Be sure not to use any oil-based makeup near your  eyes. 
    
2. The next step in applying false eyelashes is to choose a color and a length. For a natural look, stick with a color that matches your own shade of lashes. Blondes and light color haired gals can go with a light brown color, but all other gals should use dark brown or black. For a glamorous evening look everyone can go with black. Most false eyelashes will need to be trimmed, as the lashes are too long for most women. Be sure to trim just a little at a time. Then test run them by holding them on your eyelid and seeing how well they fit across your lid. You will probably have to trim the length as well. Be sure to curve them across your lid. Take off one or two lashes at a time to get just the right fit. Be sure they don’t extend past your eyelid as this will be very uncomfortable. Do all your trimming before applying the adhesive. 3. Third step in applying false eyelashes is to add adhesive to the false eyelashes. Celebrity makeup artist Nicole Bryl recommends applying them with a dark lash glue. The dark glue helps define the lash line. Don’t use too much. Putting some on paper and using a toothpick can help. Let the adhesive become tacky, (this only takes about a minute), before applying the false eyelashes to your own eyelash line. Remember to never put the false eyelash adhesive directly on your own eyelid. The adhesive is meant only to be applied to the false eyelash itself. You certainly don’t want glue in your eye, and your certainly don’t want to glue your eye shut either!
4. While looking in the mirror, start applying your false eyelashes at the inside corner, press and hold the false eyelashes as close to your own lash line as possible If you feel your fingers are too big for this step you can use tweezers. Be very careful not to poke yourself in the eye.
5. If you’re using individual lashes or clumps, start at the outside and work toward the inner eye. You will only need a couple of individual lashes or clumps to achieve a natural look.
6. After apply the false eyelashes and letting them dry, take an eyelash curler and gently curl your new false eyelashes along with you own lashes
7. To unify the look of your new lashes apply liquid eyeliner over both. No mascara needed.
8. When you want to remove the false eyelashes, be gentle. Because your eye lids are so sensitive don’t pull your false eyelashes off without the use of eye makeup remover. Let the remover soak in for a couple of minutes. The oil will loosen the strip.
9. To use your false eyelashes again, clean them according to the manufacture’s directions. Be sure to pull off any remaining glue. Let them dry completely before putting them.
Wearing false eyelashes only on special occasions will keep your eyes from developing an infection or an irritation from the adhesive. Remember, practice makes perfect. Learning how to apply false eyelashes and correctly applying them can lift your spirits and make you feel like a celebrity!

All over the globe, M.A.C employees are giving back in a variety of ways.  In India, artists will pair up with the women of Y.R. Gaitonde Centre for AIDS Research and Education (YRG CARE) and assist them with preparing and selling food items from carts in the streets of Chennai.  In Munich, Germany, artists will support the Munchner AIDS-Hilfe e.V. by selling teddy bears to pedestrians in order to collect money for HIV-infected people.  M.A.C volunteers in Chile will partner with the Santa Clara Foundation and spend the evening with kids playing, cooking a meal and helping to do house repairs. Beauty Test Drive: Dior Holiday Collection Eyeshadow Quad

I’m not the type of woman who spends her money on one high-quality product — no, I’m a lots-of-little-cheaper-things, Forever 21-type of shopper. But when it comes to spending a little more money on much better quality makeup, Dior‘s Holiday Collection Makeup Palette For The Eyes will convert me. At $44, it’s a little pricey. But as a devoted smoky eye fan, it is hands-down the best smoky-eye color palette, as well as the highest quality eyeshadow, I’ve ever used.
The color palette is richly pigmented and gorgeous: a radiant midnight blue, gunmetal silver, a shimmery taupe, and white highlighter. (This color palette is exclusive to Sephora, who sent me the palette for review. But if these specific colors don’t suit you, the newly launched Dior.com sells another version of the eyeshadow quad with slightly different, pinkish colors.) I’ve used one side of an eyeshadow brush to sweep the taupe across my lids and the other side to sweep the white highlighter under my browbone. Then I take the pointier end of the Dior makeup brush included in the kit and draw little V-s around the inner rims of my eyes — this really makes them pop! I then take a smudge brush and pat the gunmetal silver into the folds of my eyelid, generally in a crescent shape. Lastly, I dip a flat eye liner brush into the radiant blue shadow and drag it along my upper lash line. (I’ll usually dust off the smudge brush and blend everything together, too, just in case it looks too stripey.)
The result? The loveliest, most eye-popping smoky eyes I’ve ever worn. Seriously, I get compliments on my eye makeup every time I use this palette. I think it’s not only the four-color medley — ahem, anyone remember trying to do your first smoky eyes in high school with just black eyeshadow and looking like a raccoon? — but the quality of the shadow. Most eyeshadows I wear, even in high-quality brands like NARS, are so powdery that the pigments end up all over my cheekbones by mid-afternoon. But these Dior shadows are downright silky, blend right into my eyes and stay there. I’ve slept in smoky eyes three or four times since getting this palette (sorry, I know that’s a skincare no-no) and the makeup stays pretty much intact.
For what it’s worth, the small blue case this quad comes in appears to be of sturdy quality as well. I’ve carried it around in my purse for a few weeks and it hasn’t crushed or bent.  I am the queen of breaking makeup compacts (especially the ones made by MAC, for some reason) so it’s definitely a plus for me that this goober is still in one piece!
Unfortunately, this palette is a limited edition from Dior just for the holidays — so act quickly, ladies. I guess I’ll just have to figure out what to do when the colors run out!
